Qualifications

• 7+ years of commercial construction experience in healthcare projects.
• Must have OSHPD experience.
• Must have worked in the CA market.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily site operations and ensure project milestones.
• Coordinate procurement of materials and equipment to meet schedules.
• Supervise direct labor and subcontractors on site.
• Interface with Project Manager to update schedules and resolve issues.
• Ensure compliance with plans, specs and safety standards.
