Job summary

Jobot is seeking a highly skilled Permanent Superintendent to oversee healthcare construction projects, including TI and OSHPD-compliant work, across large-scale sites in Southern California.

The ideal candidate will lead multi-disciplinary teams, manage budgets, ensure safety and quality, and coordinate with tenants, architects, and clients to drive timely delivery of renovations and ground-up projects.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of Superintendent experience in healthcare construction.
• Proven experience managing TI, renovation, expansion, and ground-up projects.
• Strong knowledge of TI projects and OSHPD regulations.
• Experience with Commercial Projects.
• Excellent leadership, team management, and communication skills.
• Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all phases of healthcare construction projects from inception to completion, on time and within budget.
• Supervise and coordinate construction teams, subcontractors, and staff per specs and safety rules.
• Manage TI projects, coordinating with tenants, architects, and stakeholders to meet objectives.
• Plan and implement renovation and expansion projects, including scheduling and budgeting.
• Coordinate with OSHPD officials to meet regulations and standards.
• Conduct site inspections and risk audits.
• Provide updates to senior management and clients with progress, budget, and risk assessments.

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Permanent Superintendent to join our dynamic team in the Construction industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our Healthcare Construction projects, including renovation, expansion, and ground-up construction. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Tenant Improvement (TI), OSHPD, and Commercial Projects. 1. 1. Overseeing all phases of our healthcare construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.

5. 5. Coordinating with OSHPD officials to ensure all project activities comply with relevant regulations and standards.

7. 7. Providing regular project updates to senior management, clients, and other stakeholders, including progress reports, budget updates, and risk assessments.

Qualifications

1. 1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a Superintendent role in the Construction industry, with a focus on Healthcare Construction.
2. 2. Proven experience in managing renovation, expansion, and ground-up construction projects.
3. 3. Extensive knowledge and experience with Tenant Improvement (TI) projects.
4. 4. Strong familiarity with OSHPD regulations and procedures.
5. 5. Experience in managing Commercial Projects.
6. 6. Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and coordinate diverse teams.
7. 7. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address potential issues or risks.
8. 8. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients, team members, and other stakeholders.
9. 9. A degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
