Jobot is seeking a seasoned Superintendent for Healthcare Construction focused on OSHPD/HCAi in California. This is a permanent role overseeing hospital remodels, renovations, TI, and ground-up projects, coordinating with architects and engineers to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery while maintaining patient safety and infection prevention.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in healthcare construction, strong OSHPD knowledge, and proven leadership to manage diverse teams across multiple concurrent

Qualifications

• 5+ years in healthcare construction management.
• Experience with hospital remodels, renovations, TI, and ground-up projects.
• Strong knowledge of OSHPD compliance and ensuring adherence.
• Excellent project management and ability to oversee multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all stages of project life cycle from initiation to closure.
• Ensure OSHPD regulations compliance at all stages.
• Supervise on-site construction to meet quality, schedule and budget.
• Coordinate subcontractors, materials, equipment, and safety codes on site.
• Manage remodels, TI, and ground-up healthcare projects.
• Liaise with architects and engineers to resolve issues.
• Prepare progress reports and communicate potential delays and solutions.
• Implement HCAI prevention measures during construction.
