Job summary

Consigli Construction is seeking a Superintendent for on-site leadership at a Massachusetts project. You will oversee all field operations, including self-perform work, subcontractors, and consultants, and ensure safety, quality, and schedule adherence on site.

Reporting to the General Superintendent, you will manage budgets, develop site safety and quality plans, monitor progress, and coordinate with clients and officials.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management with at least 5 years of field experience.
• Understands building plans and specs.
• OSHA 10 certification required; OSHA 30 certification preferred.
• Strong knowledge of corporate safety standards and CPM scheduling.
• Basic computer literacy.

Responsibilities

• Administer project safety program to maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
• Supervise construction efforts to ensure project is built per plans and specs.
• Manage project budget, including cost-to-complete tracking.
• Develop and maintain a baseline schedule with Project Services Group.
• Coordinate labor, equipment, and materials for self-perform work.
• Interface with client representatives and other stakeholders.
• Lead daily stand-up and weekly foreman meetings.
