Job summary

Haselden Construction is seeking a Superintendent to lead day-to-day field operations on commercial healthcare projects. You will work closely with the Project Manager to deliver safe, high-quality work on schedule, overseeing subcontractors, site logistics, and field coordination on complex healthcare environments.

You will drive safety, QA/QC, and planning initiatives, manage field teams, and ensure compliance with contract documents and plans.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive commercial construction field experience with a general contractor.
• Experience leading large healthcare projects valued at $80M or greater.
• Strong communication, leadership, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update the project CPM schedule in partnership with the Project Manager.
• Plan and coordinate labor, equipment, materials, and subcontractor activities to meet project milestones.
• Lead subcontractor coordination meetings, Plan of the Day activities, and participate in owner and project meetings.
• Review drawings, specifications, and contract documents to ensure work is completed in accordance with project requirements.
• Coordinate complex healthcare construction activities with facility representatives, trade partners, and project stakeholders.
• Complete required field documentation and daily reports in Procore.
