Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering or related field.
• 7+ years construction management experience.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety culture and ensure an injury-free work environment.
• Coordinate preconstruction activities and planning with the team.
• Develop and manage project schedule, procurement and budgeting.
• Review submittals, change orders and cost forecasts with stakeholders.
• Lead meetings, reporting and project closeout activities.
