The Judge Group is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead commercial healthcare construction projects from planning through closeout. You will oversee budgets, schedules, client relationships, and project teams on occupied spaces.

We value a strong background in healthcare construction, Procore proficiency, and a proven ability to manage multi-project portfolios while ensuring safety, quality, and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of construction project management experience.
• Strong background in commercial construction with healthcare build experience in occupied spaces.
• Experience managing project budgets, schedules, and financial reporting.
• Proficiency with Procore, Microsoft Project, and Microsoft Office.
• OSHA 30 preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple construction projects from planning through completion.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, forecasting, and financial performance.
• Oversee subcontractor procurement, contracts, RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
• Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and field teams.
• Mentor Project Managers and Assistant Project Managers.
• Drive jobsite safety, quality, and client satisfaction.
