Job summary

The Judge Group is seeking a Senior Project Manager for Commercial Healthcare Construction in Providence. You will lead projects from planning through closeout, overseeing budgets, schedules, client relationships, and multi-disciplinary teams.

Ideal candidates bring 10+ years of healthcare construction PM experience, strong budgeting and reporting skills, and familiarity with Procore, MS Project, and MS Office. OSHA 30 is a plus.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of construction project management experience.
• Strong background in commercial construction; healthcare build experience in occupied spaces.
• Experience managing project budgets, schedules, and financial reporting.
• Proficiency with Procore, Microsoft Project, and Microsoft Office.
• OSHA 30 preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple construction projects from planning through completion.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, forecasting, and financial performance.
• Oversee subcontractor procurement, contracts, RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
• Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and field teams.
• Mentor Project Managers and Assistant Project Managers.
• Drive jobsite safety, quality, and client satisfaction.
