Goodwin Recruiting is seeking a Construction Quality Control Manager for a high-profile healthcare project at Guantanamo Bay, Cuba. Lead quality initiatives, develop QC plans, and ensure compliance with contract documents while coordinating with site teams and stakeholders.

You will oversee QA processes, maintain rigorous documentation, and drive continuous improvement, with competitive compensation and overseas benefits. This role offers paid travel and housing support on assignment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of combined experience in commercial construction
• 2+ years direct experience as a quality control manager on large-scale healthcare projects
• USACE Construction Quality Management for Contractors Certificate (required)
• EM 385-1-1, CRP, First Aid, OSHA 30-hour certifications (can be obtained with company support)
• Proficiency with standard business software

Responsibilities

• Develop, coordinate, and oversee project-specific quality control plans
• Ensure contract documents and customer requirements are met
• Complete all quality documentation and administrative reporting on schedule
• Support site teams with quality assurance and regulatory compliance
• Cultivate client relationships and deliver customer satisfaction
• Manage on-site quality inspections and collaborate with stakeholders
