Job summary

RQ Construction is seeking a Construction Quality Control Manager for a large-scale ambulatory care and dental clinic project at Guantanamo Bay, Cuba. The CQCM will develop and administer a project-specific quality control plan, ensure compliance with contract standards, and coordinate quality activities across the team.

With over 10 years in commercial construction and 2+ years as QC Manager, you will drive documentation, safety compliance, and client relations while relocating to the overseas

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years in commercial construction (or equivalent).
• 2+ years direct experience as a Quality Control Manager.
• Active USACE CQM for Contractors certification required; RMS/QCS knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and administer a project-specific quality control plan.
• Ensure all work complies with contractual standards.
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation.
• Coordinate quality activities across the project team.
