Job summary

RQ Construction LLC is seeking a Construction Quality Control Manager for a healthcare facility project at Guantanamo Bay, Cuba. The CQCM will develop the QC plan, ensure compliance with contract standards, and coordinate across the project team on-site.

This role offers an international assignment package including housing, a company vehicle, and travel benefits. A long-term on-site commitment is required with relocation to GTMO and valid passport.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in commercial construction or equivalent.
• At least 2 years as a Quality Control Manager.
• Active USACE CQM for Contractors certification required; RMS/QCS knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and administer a project-specific quality control plan.
• Ensure all work complies with contract standards and maintain documentation.
• Coordinate quality activities across the project team and client relations.
