Job summary

RQ Construction seeks a Construction Quality Control Manager to support a large healthcare and dental facility project at Guantanamo Bay (GTMO). You will develop and implement a project QC plan, ensure compliance with contract standards, and maintain documentation while coordinating QC activities with the project team on-site at GTMO.

The role requires extensive QC leadership experience in healthcare construction, USACE CQM certification, and the ability to relocate to GTMO.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of combined commercial construction experience with QC leadership roles.
• At least 2 years direct experience as a Quality Control Manager.
• Active USACE Construction Quality Management for Contractors certification required.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field.
• Specialized inspection certifications and licenses are highly desirable.
• Previous work on medical or healthcare facilities strongly preferred.
• LEED AP/Green Associate credentials are a plus.
• Certifications include EM 385-1-1 Level 1, CPR, First Aid, and OSHA 30-hour.
