Job summary

LRS Federal is seeking a qualified Construction Project Manager to lead construction and renovation projects in Waco, TX. You will drive delivery from planning through execution, coordinating with clients, subcontractors and local authorities to meet schedule, cost and quality targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 10+ years PM experience in construction.
• Minimum 7 years of verifiable construction/renovation PM experience.
• Experience as primary PM on at least three projects of similar size/complexity.
• Experience with healthcare facilities or regulated environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for daily field operations and project status.
• Oversee subcontractors and field staff to ensure adherence to technical specifications and codes.
• Lead weekly project progress meetings, risk assessments, and schedule alignment reviews.
• Manage project closeout, including punch lists, commissioning coordination, as-built document submissions, and final inspections.
