Job summary

Sanford Health in the Upper Midwest is seeking a Construction Project Manager to lead all new construction and remodeling projects within designated areas of the Sanford Network. You will oversee design, estimating, project management, purchasing, cost accounting and code compliance.

Responsibilities cover pre-design through occupancy, coordinating with end-users, architects, contractors, and vendors, ensuring on-time delivery, budget adherence, and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Construction Management, or related field required.
• Three years' experience managing construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction materials, processes, mechanical/electrical, and HVAC systems.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute projects from start to finish.
• Guide leaders through pre-construction meetings to understand the full scope.
• Prepare construction documents such as estimates, risk assessments, punch lists.
• Phase projects to reduce disturbance to the public and patients.
• Assist administrators, directors, or managers with questions.
