Insight Global is seeking a Market Manager, Real Estate Project Delivery to lead a portfolio of capital design and construction projects across the Midwest (Nebraska, Iowa, Minnesota and North Dakota). Serving as the owner's representative, you will guide a 2–4 person Project Manager team and coordinate regional capital programs with hospital executives, planners, and contractors.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field, 7+

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 7+ years of experience managing design and construction projects.
• Minimum 2+ years of leadership experience with direct people management.
• Experience managing large-scale capital programs, project portfolios, or regional construction initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of construction project delivery, building systems, budgeting, scheduling, and risk management.
• Experience developing and managing project scopes, schedules, budgets, and stakeholder communications.
