Job summary

Turner & Townsend seeks an experienced Construction Project Manager to support large-scale projects in our real estate and infrastructure portfolio. You will manage stakeholders, monitor milestones, and ensure governance and best practices across multiple sites, coordinating design teams and contractors to deliver on time and on budget.

Ideal candidates bring a Bachelor’s degree in construction discipline, strong organizational and communication skills, and proficiency with Procore and MS

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, architecture, engineering or related field.
• Strong organizational and management skills; ability to work with the broader team.
• Effective presentation skills.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Procore, and construction project management tools.
• Strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage stakeholders including architects, engineers, and supply chains to deliver compliant projects.
• Track and manage critical milestone activities to avoid schedule slips.
• Verify that effective project governance, processes, and systems are utilized.
• Ensure application of best practice on all projects.
• Produce formal project status reports and other required reports.
• Monitor multiple construction projects to ensure design standards are applied correctly.
• Manage interface between all suppliers through trackers and reviews.
• Facilitate project communications through meetings and written updates.
• Forecast and update key milestones and budgets.
• Coordinate local design teams per commission criteria and provide technical support as needed.
• Respond rapidly to RFIs from the field.
• Provide cost control, value engineering, and constructability guidance as needed.
• Engage with clients to foster strong relationships and identify opportunities.
