Qualifications

• Multiple years of hands-on construction PM experience.
• Healthcare construction or occupied-facility experience strongly preferred.
• APMs who are ready to step up are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Own estimates, project budgets, schedules, and cost tracking from preconstruction through closeout.
• Manage submittals, RFIs, and project documentation
• Coordinate closely with clients, field leadership, and specialty trade contractors
• Help deliver work safely and smoothly in environments where patients and staff are present
