BEAR Construction Company is seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee healthcare construction projects in the Chicago area. You will manage schedules, budgets, safety, and client relations, delivering projects on time and within profit guidelines.

The role requires a minimum of 10 years of commercial construction PM experience, strong healthcare knowledge, and leadership to mentor junior staff and coordinate with design teams, subcontractors, and owners.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of commercial construction project management experience, with healthcare preferred.
• Experience managing healthcare projects in occupied facilities.
• Knowledge of ICRA, ILSM, and regulatory healthcare compliance.
• Proven ability to manage all project phases from preconstruction to closeout.
• Strong cost management, GMP development, and budget control.

Responsabilités

• Lead project teams to deliver healthcare construction projects on schedule and budget.
• Develop and maintain detailed construction schedules and budgets.
• Coordinate with clients, design teams, and vendors.
