The role requires a minimum of 10 years of commercial construction PM experience, strong healthcare knowledge, and leadership to mentor junior staff and coordinate with design teams, subcontractors, and owners.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of commercial construction project management experience, with healthcare preferred.
• Experience managing healthcare projects in occupied facilities.
• Knowledge of ICRA, ILSM, and regulatory healthcare compliance.
• Proven ability to manage all project phases from preconstruction to closeout.
• Strong cost management, GMP development, and budget control.

Responsibilities

• Lead project teams to deliver healthcare construction projects on schedule and budget.
• Develop and maintain detailed construction schedules and budgets.
• Coordinate with clients, design teams, and vendors.
• Ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.
• Mentor BEAR team members and manage field staff.
