• BS in Engineering or related field.
• 5-7 years of construction management and/or engineering design experience.
• Previous experience leading healthcare construction projects strongly preferred.
• Proficiency using Word, Excel, Outlook, and Microsoft Project.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and coordinate all managerial and administrative aspects of project from preconstruction through closeout.
• Collaborate with clients and design team to develop preliminary concepts and budgets.
• Participate in proposals to review scope, reduce costs, and negotiate contracts & fees.
• Oversee subcontractor selection, buyout, and vendor coordination.
• Track project performance vs budget and prepare pay applications and billing reports.
• Lead preconstruction planning and weekly on-site meetings to resolve issues.
