Job summary

KODIAK Construction Recruiting & Staffing is seeking an experienced Project Manager to support large-scale healthcare mechanical construction projects in the Dallas–Fort Worth market. The role requires strong organization, proactive leadership, and the ability to coordinate schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and field teams while maintaining client communication.

Travel throughout the Dallas–Fort Worth market is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial construction experience
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
• Strong understanding of project management fundamentals
• Excellent organization, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Healthcare construction experience preferred
• Mechanical contractor experience preferred
• Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Project experience preferred
• Ability to contribute quickly with minimal onboarding

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned phases of large commercial mechanical construction projects

Project Manager – Healthcare Mechanical Construction

Location: Dallas–Fort Worth, TX

Employment Type: Full-Time, Exempt

We are recruiting for an experienced Project Manager to support large-scale commercial and healthcare mechanical construction projects throughout the Dallas–Fort Worth market. This role is ideal for an organized, proactive construction professional who can step into active projects with minimal ramp-up and work closely with Senior Project Managers and field leadership to keep projects moving successfully.

What You’ll Do
