Job summary

KODIAK Construction Recruiting & Staffing seeks a Project Executive to provide executive leadership across large healthcare construction projects in the Dallas–Fort Worth market. You will oversee multi-project teams, drive profitability, maintain client relationships, and ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of commercial construction experience.
• Leads multiple projects with $75M+ value.
• Healthcare construction experience preferred.
• Strong financial and operational management.
• Executive-level client relationship and communication skills.
• Design-build, Lean Construction, and BIM experience are a plus.
• OSHA 30 preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive oversight for multiple healthcare construction projects.
• Lead Senior Project Managers, Project Managers, APMs, and Project Engineers.
• Own project profitability, forecasting, budgets, and cash flow.
• Develop relationships with owners, architects, engineers, and trade partners.
• Lead staffing, scheduling, procurement, and project execution strategies.
• Manage contracts, change orders, risk, and dispute resolution.
• Conduct operational and financial project reviews.
• Mentor and develop project management teams.
• Support business development and long-term client relationships.
• Ensure projects meet safety, quality, schedule, and financial objectives.

Project Executive – Healthcare Construction

Location: Dallas–Fort Worth, TX

Employment Type: Full-Time, Exempt

We are recruiting for an experienced Project Executive to provide executive leadership across large, complex healthcare construction projects throughout the Dallas–Fort Worth market.

This senior leadership position oversees multiple project teams while maintaining accountability for financial performance, client relationships, operational execution, safety, and successful project delivery.

What You’ll Do

• Provide executive oversight for multiple healthcare construction projects
• Lead Senior Project Managers, Project Managers, APMs, and Project Engineers
