Senior Project Manager – Healthcare Construction

Location: Dallas–Fort Worth, TX

Employment Type: Full-Time, Exempt

We are recruiting for an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead complex healthcare mechanical construction projects valued at $40M–$50M throughout the Dallas–Fort Worth market.

This position provides overall project leadership from preconstruction through final turnover, with responsibility for financial performance, scheduling, procurement, client relationships, risk management, and team development.

• Lead mechanical construction projects from preconstruction through closeout

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience managing $40M–$50M+ mechanical construction projects
• Strong healthcare construction experience
• 10+ years of commercial/mechanical construction experience preferred
• Strong financial management and forecasting skills
• Experience with contracts, procurement, change orders, and scheduling
• Proven ability to lead and develop project teams
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem‑solving skills
• Primavera P6 and/or Microsoft Project experience preferred
• Mechanical contractor experience preferred
