Responsibilities

• Lead safety culture and ensure injury-free environment.
• Manage preconstruction, buyout, and submittals.
• Develop and update project schedules and budgets.
• Coordinate stakeholders and subcontractors across disciplines.
• Prepare change requests and monitor cost/margin forecasts.
