Job summary

You will oversee multiple projects from preconstruction through turnover, manage client relationships, and mentor project teams; a strong background in occupied facilities and infection control is required.

Qualifications

• 10 or more years of experience with a commercial general contractor.
• Significant experience leading healthcare construction projects, including hospitals, medical office buildings, clinics, outpatient facilities, or other medical environments.
• A four-year degree from an accredited university with a concentration in construction management, engineering, architecture, or business is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive oversight of multiple healthcare projects and project teams.
• Lead projects from preconstruction and estimating through construction, turnover, and final closeout.
• Lead preconstruction and RFP efforts with support from the Preconstruction Department and other resources.
• Review project estimates, budgets, schedules, scopes of work, and procurement plans.
• Negotiate contract terms with clients while managing project risk and protecting company interests.
• Monitor project performance through updated schedules, cost reports, forecasts, and reviews.
