Job summary

HITT Contracting Inc. is seeking a Project Executive for Corporate Interiors in the Dallas market. You will oversee the full lifecycle of high-quality tenant improvement projects, from preconstruction through turnover, while expanding client relationships and pursuing new business opportunities.

You will lead project teams, coordinate with clients, architects, and subcontractors, and ensure profitability and on-time delivery in a dynamic Corporate Interiors practice in Dallas.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of commercial construction experience, including leadership of Corporate Interiors/tenant improvement projects.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive-level oversight of Corporate Interiors and tenant improvement projects.
• Lead projects from preconstruction and estimating through construction and closeout.
• Develop and maintain client relationships and pursue new business opportunities.
• Lead RFP responses, client interviews, and project pursuits with Preconstruction and Business Development teams.
• Ensure project profitability, schedule, quality, and client satisfaction.
