Qualifications

• Four-year degree in construction, engineering, or business preferred; other experience considered.
• 10+ years in commercial construction, with healthcare project experience required.
• Experience managing multiple projects and leading teams.
• Ability to read, interpret, and update construction drawings.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from discovery/design through development and implementation.
• Ensure safety standards and adherence to company policies.
• Negotiate contracts and terms with clients and subcontractors.
• Monitor schedules and quality control plans to ensure timely completion.
• Lead preconstruction and RFP package efforts with preconstruction team.
