Qualifications

• 10+ years of commercial construction experience.
• Experience delivering Corporate Interiors and tenant improvement projects.
• Oversee projects from preconstruction to closeout.
• Strong estimating, budgeting, and cost control experience.
• Proven business development and client-relations skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive-level oversight of Corporate Interiors and tenant improvement projects.
• Lead projects from preconstruction and estimating through construction and closeout.
• Develop, review, and validate detailed estimates and bid packages.
• Lead RFP responses, client presentations, and pursuits with BD teams.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Dallas market.
• Mentor Project Managers and other team members.
• Maintain accountability for project profitability, schedule, and quality.
