Job summary

Qualifications

4-year degree strongly preferred; in lieu of degree, extensive work experience accepted.
5+ years in commercial construction, including general contractor/tenant renovations and fast-paced projects.
Ability to lead on-site, organize resources, and meet tight deadlines.
Familiarity with project software such as ProCore, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

Oversee on-site workflow per schedule and safety/quality standards.
Lead site team and coordinate interactions with subcontractors and clients.
Maintain daily logs, manage punch lists, and closeout with owner/architect acceptance.
Collaborate with the project manager to plan schedule and installation methods.
Maintain relationships with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to deliver projects on time.
