Job summary

HITT Contracting is seeking a Commercial Construction Project Executive with a focus on Government work in Dallas. You will lead government projects across the full lifecycle—from preconstruction and estimating through turnover and closeout—while building client relationships and expanding HITT’s government practice in the Dallas area.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years of commercial construction experience with government/public-sector projects.
• Experience overseeing projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Strong understanding of government contracting, procurement, and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead government/public-sector construction projects in Dallas from preconstruction to closeout.
• Provide executive oversight of multiple projects and project teams.
• Develop, review, and validate detailed estimates, scopes of work, and bid packages.
• Lead responses to RFPs/RFQs and pursue new business opportunities with the government sector.
• Mentor Project Managers and other team members to ensure successful project delivery.
