Job summary

LF Driscoll, part of the STO Building Group, is seeking an Assistant Project Manager for healthcare projects throughout Central New Jersey. This role supports statewide healthcare construction initiatives and coordinates with architects, engineers, and field teams.

Ideal candidates hold a bachelor's degree in construction management or engineering and have at least 3 years of commercial construction PM experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management or engineering.
• 3+ years’ project management experience in commercial construction.
• Proficient with MS Word & Excel.
• CMiC experience is a plus.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist senior leadership and conduct project audits.
• Coordinate among architects and engineers.
• Schedule subcontractor manpower and materials.
• Review submittals and RFIs to design professionals.
• Support cost control and document control processes.
• Assist with punch listings and close-out documents.
• Maintain quality control/assurance on site materials.
