Job summary

LF Driscoll, part of the STO Building Group, is seeking an Assistant Project Manager for healthcare projects throughout Central New Jersey. This role supports statewide healthcare construction efforts and coordinates with architects, engineers, and senior leaders on project audits and cost control.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in construction management or engineering and 3+ years of commercial construction PM experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management or engineering.
• 3+ years’ project management experience in commercial construction.
• Proficient with MS Word & Excel; CMiC experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support senior leadership directly and run project audits.
• Provide new hire technology training.
• Coordinate among architects and engineers.
• Schedule subcontractor manpower and materials resources.
• Review submittals and RFIs to design professionals.
• Participate in cost control.
• Document control and track changes to contract documents.
• Quality control/QA reviews of on-site installed materials.
• Assist with punch lists and close-out documents.
