Job summary

LF Driscoll, part of the STO Building Group, seeks a Project Manager to lead healthcare construction projects across the Mid-Atlantic. You will oversee project teams, ensure schedule adherence, manage client relationships, and drive profitability from planning through closeout.

Ideal candidates bring a decade of construction management experience, especially on healthcare projects, and a proven ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and subcontractors for on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Construction Science.
• Ten years of experience in construction management.
• Experience managing large healthcare projects and multi-account/clients with stakeholder relationships.

Responsibilities

• Manage all staff assigned to project and relationships among project owner, tenants and professional groups.
• Oversee documentation and administrative aspects of project management execution.
• Monitor schedules, spending and related activities.
• Prepare and review project reports and schedules for accuracy.
• Review bids, subcontractor qualifications, final estimates, and takeoffs.
• Approve payments and negotiate changes with vendors/subcontractors.
• Prepare change orders and ensure subcontractors are advised of changes.
