Job summary

LF Driscoll, part of the STO Building Group, seeks a Project Manager to lead healthcare projects, ensuring quality, client satisfaction and profitability. The role spans managing staff, coordinating with owners and tenants, and delivering on schedule and budget commitments.

The ideal candidate has a construction management degree and 10 years of experience, with a proven track record in healthcare project delivery and subcontractor oversight.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or Construction Science required.
• At least 10 years’ experience in construction management with healthcare projects.
• Experience managing multiple accounts/clients and supervising subcontractors & vendors.

Responsibilities

• Manage all staff on the project and coordinate with the owner, tenants and professionals.
• Oversee documentation and administrative aspects of project management execution.
• Monitor schedules and budgets; prepare status, financial and schedule reports.
• Review bids, subcontractor qualifications, and final estimates; process payments and change orders.
• Coordinate with estimating for early purchasing and support clients in scheduling.
