Job summary

LF Driscoll, part of the STO Building Group, is seeking an Assistant Project Manager for healthcare projects throughout Central New Jersey. This role supports statewide healthcare construction efforts and coordinates among disciplines, ensuring audits, submittals, and RFIs are handled efficiently.

Ideal candidates hold a bachelor’s degree in construction management or engineering with 3+ years of commercial PM experience, proficiency in MS Word & Excel, and CMiC experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management or engineering.
• 3+ years of project management experience in commercial construction.

Responsibilities

• Support senior leadership and project audits.
• Coordinate among architects and engineers.
• Schedule subcontractor manpower and materials.
• Review submittals and RFIs to design professionals.
• Assist with cost control and document control.
• Quality control/QA reviews of on-site materials.
• Assist with punch lists and close-out documents.
