You will coordinate cross-functional teams, set governance standards, and implement best practices to reduce variation and increase efficiency across projects.

Ideal candidates have 8+ years in healthcare project leadership, with mastery of RevIT/CAD and strong analytics.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Business, or related field is required.
8+ years of project or facilities management experience with healthcare focus.
8+ years of leadership experience; ability to lead cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

Engages and manages cross-functional teams to identify roles, tasks, deliverables, dependencies, and schedules.
Develops and implements industry best practices for design and construction workflows and project controls.
Evaluates current systems and processes to maintain high standards for Center of Excellence program.
Provides technical support and guidance to project teams during construction delivery.
