• Proven ability to monitor and proactively communicate the progress of project delivery.
• Basic communication and negotiation skills – oral, written, presentation.
• Basic understanding of process flow diagrams and project management basics.
• Ability to seek advice or elevate issues to maximize results.
• Ability to develop WBS and estimates with resources and vendors.
• Proven ability to create simple, effective presentations.
• Ability to identify risks and develop a risk response plan.
• Ability to persuade or influence team members to achieve results.
• Ability to synthesize information from multiple sources and identify options.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deliver quality work.
• Proficient with Project Online and MS Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with Subject Matter Experts to develop Work Breakdown Structures and project schedules.
• Evaluates actual progress, provides schedule updates, and manages risks to resolution.
• Facilitates the development of project scope statements with milestones and timelines.
• Negotiates cross-functional staffing to maintain resourcing levels.
• Manages changes to scope, schedule, and budget with recommended actions.
• Updates project tracking systems and provides formal and ad hoc reports.
• Manages multiple projects from initiation through implementation.
• Other duties as assigned.
