Qualifications

• 2–3+ years of experience in customer service, healthcare navigation, project coordination, or similar.
• Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, especially on phone and email.

Responsabilités

• Guide patients through care workflows with empathy and efficiency.
• Manage appointment scheduling, provider communication, insurance verifications, and patient follow-ups.
• Use CRMs, databases, and scheduling platforms to track progress and case status.
• Communicate with patients, practices, and providers via SMS, phone, and email.
• Identify and improve internal processes to boost team efficiency and patient experience.
• Create internal training materials and documentation as workflows evolve.
• Mentor and onboard new team members as we grow.
• Work flexibly in a startup environment where priorities can shift quickly.
