Family HealthCare in Fargo, ND is seeking a Compliance and Risk Manager to lead our compliance and risk management programs, ensure regulatory requirements are met, and promote a culture of safety and accountability. This full-time onsite role Monday–Friday partners with leadership to protect patient care and organizational integrity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a healthcare-related field preferred.
• Background in healthcare, compliance, business, or a related field preferred.
• Experience in compliance, risk management, or related operations.
• Strong communication, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Clinical background and knowledge of HRSA and 340B programs are a plus!

Responsibilities

• Lead our organization's compliance and risk management programs.
• Identify and reduce potential risks while ensuring regulatory requirements are met.
• Promote a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with leadership and staff to support our mission.
