Family HealthCare in Fargo, ND is seeking a Compliance and Risk Manager to lead our compliance and risk management programs, ensure regulatory requirements are met, and promote a culture of safety and accountability. This full-time onsite role Monday–Friday partners with leadership to protect patient care and organizational integrity.

Family HealthCare is looking for a detail-oriented, motivated Compliance and Risk Manager to join our team!

In this role, you will help lead our organization's compliance and risk management programs, ensuring regulatory requirements are met, identifying and reducing potential risks, and promoting a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement. You will work closely with leadership and staff to support our mission of providing quality healthcare to the communities we serve.

Position: Full-Time | Monday–Friday | Onsite

Ideal Candidate: Experience in healthcare compliance, risk management, or related operations, with strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. A healthcare background is preferred.
