Job summary

Medcor Inc in Fargo, ND is hiring a full-time Registered Nurse (RN) Clinic Manager to lead our onsite occupational health clinic. This daytime Monday-Friday role offers autonomy to manage daily operations and make a meaningful impact on employee health and wellness.

You will oversee clinical care, triage, documentation, and coordinate with the operations team to maintain high-quality patient care. Ideal candidates hold an ND-based RN license and BLS/CPR, with occupational health experience

Qualifications

Current ND RN license or multistate compact.
Experience in occupational health or urgent care preferred.
Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

Manage daily operations of an onsite occupational health clinic.
Provide clinical assessment, triage and treatment for workplace injuries.
Perform health screenings and medical surveillance as required.
Coordinate follow-up appointments and return-to-work activities.
Maintain accurate medical documentation per Medcor policies.
Develop relationships with employees, site leadership and operations team.
Promote workplace health, wellness, and safety initiatives.
Ensure clinic supplies, equipment and records are properly maintained.
Serve as primary clinical resource for onsite workforce with clinical support team.
