Job summary

Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts is seeking a Consultant to support the Enterprise Strategic Services group. You will conduct competitive analyses, synthesize findings, and present insights to leaders using quantitative and qualitative methods, including AI-enabled capabilities.

Reporting to the Senior Director of Competitive Intelligence, you will collaborate with Strategy and Innovation teams to deliver actionable recommendations across markets and segments.

Qualifications

• Foundational understanding of the health care industry and health plan business.
• Strong written and oral communication with ability to present to diverse audiences.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills for multiple projects.
• Minimum five years of relevant business experience in consulting, research, or analytics.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Strategy and Innovation to scope, plan, and execute projects.
• Conduct competition research and analyses using secondary and targeted primary sources.
• Synthesize data into clear narratives and compelling visuals for stakeholders.
• Lead meetings, present updates, and provide actionable recommendations.
