Job summary

Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts is seeking a Consultant to join the Enterprise Strategic Services team in Boston. The role focuses on defining strategic plans, performing competitive analyses, and delivering actionable insights to business partners.

You will conduct secondary and select primary research, craft narratives, and create compelling visualizations using Tableau to support priority initiatives across the organization.

Qualifications

• Foundational understanding of the health care system and health plan business.
• Strong qualitative, quantitative, written and oral communication; able to present to diverse audiences.
• Excellent organizational, project and time management with ability to prioritize multiple projects.
• Strong secondary research and data visualization skills with Tableau.
• Demonstrated AI fluency is a plus.
• Results-oriented with professionalism and ability to interact with all levels.
• BS/BA degree; minimum five years in consulting, research or related field.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Strategy and Innovation to scope, plan, and execute projects.
• Conduct competition research and analyses using secondary and select primary sources.
