Job summary

Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts Inc. is seeking a Consultant for our Enterprise Strategic Services team to define and facilitate strategic planning, analyze competitive landscape, and support initiatives across the organization from strategy to implementation.

In this role you will conduct secondary research, augment with primary data and AI capabilities, and present insights to senior stakeholders. A BS/BA and at least five years of consulting or analytics experience are expected.

• Strong secondary research and data visualization skills (Tableau).
• Demonstrated AI fluency a plus.

• Minimum five years of relevant business experience in consulting, research, or analytics.

Responsibilities

• Scope, plan, and execute assigned projects with Strategy and Innovation team.
• Conduct competition research and analyses to support project objectives.
• Collect baseline data from secondary sources and select primary research.
• Synthesize information into clear reports with compelling visuals.
• Facilitate project meetings and present updates to internal stakeholders.
