Job summary

HCA Healthcare is seeking a Compensation Consultant to design, implement and optimize compensation programs. You will analyze market data, develop dashboards, and partner with HR and business leaders to drive data-driven decisions that support organizational goals.

The role requires strong analytical skills, presentation abilities, and a track record of influencing stakeholders in healthcare or complex corporate environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Master's degree preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in Compensation, Analytics, HR, or Finance.
• 3+ years of experience in healthcare, consulting, or a complex corporate environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct compensation data analysis, including salary surveys, market benchmarks, and internal pay structures.
• Develop dashboards and reports that present compensation data.
• Define compensation objectives and align them with business strategies.
• Evaluate positions and determine salary grades and compensation ranges.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, and leaders; present analyses to executives.
• Design and maintain incentive and variable pay programs.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
