AMN Healthcare – a leading healthcare staffing and total talent solutions company – is seeking a Consultant II, Compensation. You will analyze compensation programs, provide market pricing insights, and advise leaders on pay practices to support internal equity and competitive offers.

You will partner with HR and business leaders to drive salary administration, job evaluation, and organizational design initiatives, while participating in annual merit and equity cycles.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; 5–7 years of compensation experience, or a HS diploma with 9–11 years of compensation experience.
• CCP certification preferred.
• Strong knowledge of compensation principles, salary administration, and job evaluation methodologies.

Aufgaben

• Conduct market pricing, salary benchmarking, internal equity reviews, and pay equity assessments.
• Develop data-driven recommendations for offers, promotions, reclassifications, and market adjustments.
• Support compensation program effectiveness and alignment with business objectives.
• Participate in annual merit, bonus, and equity planning cycles.
