Qualifications

• 3-5 years experience in Accounts Receivable follow up.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
• Prior experience with Ambulance/EMS/Medical billing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage overdue accounts receivable by contacting customers.
• Resolve insurance-related billing issues.
• Document collection actions and maintain accurate account records.

Skills
