Responsibilities

• Identify and monitor delinquent accounts using computer systems and programs.
• Confer with patients by phone or in person to determine reasons for delinquent accounts.
• Advise patients of payment options including full payment, plans, payroll deduction, PTO cash-in and wellness benefits.
• Contact uninsured patients to establish means for payment.
• Assist management in reporting and evaluating KPIs related to Accounts Receivable and bad debt.
