HCA Healthcare seeks an EHR Support Analyst 2 to be a key onsite clinical IT resource for facility implementation and support of a broad set of clinical applications. You will lead the facility's core clinical systems team and serve as a second-level SME to resolve incidents and requests.

This role involves training, testing new modules, customizing dictionaries, promoting standardization, and coordinating reporting.

Mansioni

• Serve as a key onsite clinical IT resource for facility implementation and support of a broad set of clinical applications.
• Lead and facilitate the facility's core clinical systems team on clinical IT activities.
• Provide second-level support as SME to resolve incidents and fulfill requests from the division Service Desk or other resources.
• Coordinate with enterprise/division SMEs and Service Desk to resolve incidents and requests.
• Lead facility-based implementations of clinical applications software releases and new products.
• Provide on-call assistance as needed.
• Collaborate with Division EHR Support Team to lead testing and implementation of new modules.
• Maintain facility dictionaries and customize division policies for local use.
• Develop training materials and deliver hands-on training as needed.
• Promote standardization and optimization plans for clinical applications.
• Coordinate reporting requests and define/report requirements; validate results.
• Develop clinical application reports when needed.
• Perform quality audits and track metrics related to clinical application use.
• Participate in facility clinical leadership meetings.
• Promote system security and patient confidentiality and ensure compliance.
• Coordinate tools for audits.
• Occasional travel required.
• Build relationships with nursing staff, physicians, and facility leadership.
