Job summary

United Vein & Vascular Centers (UVVC) seeks a Multi-Site Facilities Manager to lead facilities operations across a nationwide portfolio of 60+ outpatient clinics. You will manage service providers, preventive maintenance, budgets, leases, and readiness for new openings, ensuring minimal downtime and a safe environment for patients and staff.

The role requires strong vendor management, cost control, and cross-functional collaboration with Operations, IT and Supply Chain to support clinic openings

Qualifications

• Multi-site management across nationwide locations required; healthcare experience preferred.
• Minimum 5 years in facility management managing a portfolio of at least 50 locations.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, facilities management or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 years utilizing facility management platforms for day-to-day ticket and vendor management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee vendor performance, SLAs, budget compliance, and corrective actions.
• Coordinate facilities operations across a defined clinical portfolio, including repairs, PM, and emergency response.
• Lead new clinic openings: vendor setup, readiness inspections, repairs, and transitions.
• Develop, manage and report on facilities budgets, variances, cost savings, and forecasting.
• Support regulatory and life-safety compliance across assigned clinics.
