Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum of 2 years relevant experience.
• Preferred: Healthcare administration support experience.
• Preferred: Financial processing experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with procurement systems, EPIC, CRM and scheduling databases (eg: QGenda).

Responsibilities

• Supports strategic, operational, and patient care initiatives for the clinic.
• Manages accounts payable/receivable, deposits, expense tracking, and financial reporting support.
• Processes charitable gifts, maintains donor records, and supports philanthropy reporting and events.
• Oversees purchasing, procurement, vendor management, inventory, and supply ordering.
• Supports provider credentialing, licensing, and compliance documentation.
• Coordinates physician schedules, EPIC updates, call rotations, travel arrangements, and reimbursement processes.
• Supports patient events, marketing, public relations, fundraising, and community outreach events.
• Maintains operational procedures, equipment inventories, facilities coordination, and information systems support.
